New PhD Position from Fall '25!

Our lab invites applications for a funded PhD position, focusing on automation and machine learning for high-throughput experimentation.

Starting in Fall 2025, we have another open position for a PhD student in the group! The interdisciplinary project will center on the integration of analytical techniques (including e.g. spectroscopy, electrochemistry, or chromatography), automating both experimental data generation and computational data analysis. Applications will be developed in the context of challenges in materials science and catalysis.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in chemistry or a related discipline, and should have a background in programming (ideally Python), data science or machine learning. We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who is eager to work in an interdisciplinary environment, and contribute to the development of new digital tools for the chemistry lab!

If you are interested, please send your application (cover letter, CV, and academic transcripts) to Felix directly!
